As a U.S. Army Retiree and combat veteran, I understand and can relate to the challenges of adjusting to your new chapter after separating from the military, coming home from a deployment, and reintegrating with your family, and trying to connect with counselors, therapists, or others who just don’t understand where you’re coming from.

Having battled trauma, depression, and anxiety, I intimately understand the weight of darkness. Along my path to healing, I've been blessed to encounter compassionate souls who've helped me greatly. Now, immersed in my psychology studies, I'm on a path to become a therapist.
